# Transactions

> Review customer transaction activity.

Use **Transactions** to review payments, deposits, transfers, swaps, and card activity.

## View transactions

1. Open **Transactions**.
2. Filter by status if needed.
3. Select a transaction to view details.
4. Copy the reference when contacting support.

## Status meaning

| Status      | Meaning                                |
| ----------- | -------------------------------------- |
| `pending`   | The transaction is still processing.   |
| `completed` | The transaction finished successfully. |
| `failed`    | The transaction did not complete.      |

## Good records

Use clear references and keep receipts for important transfers.
