# Transactions

> Review merchant transaction activity.

Use **Transactions** to review merchant collections, transfers, swaps, paylinks, shop payments, and API-created activity.

## Review activity

1. Open **Transactions**.
2. Filter by status if needed.
3. Open a transaction to view details.
4. Copy the reference for support or reconciliation.

## Status meaning

| Status      | Meaning                                |
| ----------- | -------------------------------------- |
| `pending`   | The transaction is processing.         |
| `completed` | The transaction finished successfully. |
| `failed`    | The transaction did not complete.      |

Use the same external reference in your own records when possible.
