Use Add funds to increase your merchant wallet balance.

Add funds

  1. Open the dashboard.
  2. Select Add funds from the home quick actions.
  3. Choose an available funding method.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  5. Confirm the money appears in Accounts or Transactions.

Available merchant methods

  • Bank transfer: Use the displayed account details and reference.
  • Mobile money: Enter the payer phone number and amount where supported.
If a method is not available, check your verification status or contact support.
